Teaming Through Change: Developing a Culture of Collaboration to Counter Covid-19 Learning Loss

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the landscape of learning not only for our students but our teachers as well. To promote collaboration while focusing on the instructional experiences of our scholars, we incorporated a sustainable and effective inquiry cycle that provided scheduled-based opportunities for teacher teams to exercise vulnerability, reflection, risk-taking, and action research as a collective to improve student instructional experiences.
