Relationships grounded in trust and sense of belonging matter…a lot. Trust is critical in any relationship and necessary for continued and sustained growth. In an organization, it is the foundation necessary for all members to work toward and realize a shared vision, mission, and goals. It shapes teams, partnerships, and performance. It can be seen and felt through words and actions. When there is an absence of trust, it is challenging to grow and learn together. When present at high levels, it positively impacts the experiences and achievement of all members of the community.  

Getting to the Root of It…Digging Deep to Grow to New Heights is a journey of self and others. It is a journey that seeks to connect the best of intentions with transformational learning and action in ways that elevates a renewed sense of self and community. It is an evolving process of looking closely within and outside of ourselves in ways that consider our own perspectives, preferences, and strengths, and understanding others in service of cultivating and sustaining trust within our community.
