The pandemic pushed our school community toward the edge of growth and in this context, we saw that a structured and organized approach to identifying clear goals and a structured process through which we problem solve and monitor impact of the effectiveness of approaches on outcomes are needed ingredients to strengthen our collective sense of efficacy.
