This Cahn project focused on co-creating a mission and vision that addressed our problem of practice. It entailed unifying an instructional family unfamiliar unto itself by seeking feedback from all stakeholders as a new vision and mission were co-created for the school. This project is on-going as the team continues to unify around its common vision and seek to extend voice and collaboration to the community outside the school.
